ITbid Quick Connect: Remote Assistance Page for ITbid Users

This page is intended to be only used by ITbid users. When receiving remote assistance, one of our experts will take control over your computer, sharing with you your screen and mouse in order to guide you through all the process.

Instructions

• Click on the yellow banner at the very bottom of this page only on demand of an ITBid technician.
• When Windows asks you on what to do with Team ViewerQJ.exe program, select Run.

• TeamViewerQJ.exe program will be only executed in your computer memory - not stored in your hard disk nor any data recorded.

• Enter only your Name or Session Alias - leave the Partner ID unmodified.
• Communication between computers will be established in a safe way (256 bits encryption).
• The program will automatically disappear from your computer memory when assistance session is done.
