Disputes may be conduced under the Spanish Code of Civil Procedure (Law 1/2000), submiting the case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona or, in election of the Company, over the Internet or any other telematic medium in compliance with ARBITEC's arbitration regulations and the Arbitration Law of 5 December 1988.
