Airports of Peru (AdP) is a private company, concessionaire of the first group of airports located in the north and central provinces of the country, offering its services to the passengers and the airlines that operate in them.

The change was implemented in different categories and subcategories, promoting competition between suppliers, in price, service and quality, as key aspects for competitive improvement in purchases.

A perimeter of expenditure of more than US $ 30m was managed, in more than 20 different categories and sub-categories, with average savings of 23.5%.

Expenditure Management is based on deeply knowledge of the category, and savings leverage on which to act, as well as the establishment of a timetable (Purchase Agenda) allowing rationalisation of various categories.

Over 18 months, it was performed on all indirect categories, regardless of size. The specifications and requirements of all documented, creating a knowledge database Carglass shopping. This knowledge also flowed into other European subsidiaries of Belron Group. Persistent and over 20% of the volume-managed savings were obtained.
